Not only does Pam assist individuals looking to prepare for the IELTS test which is a requirement for many types of migration, but she also conducts general everyday English conversation classes for newly arrived migrants who need help with improving their confidence with spoken English. Such classes involve regular trips to places such as the post office, bank or even the supermarket or a restaurant and participants get a good grasp of essential ‘real life’ Australian English.
