- State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional) (subclass 163) visa
- Senior Executive (Provisional) (subclass 161) visa
- Investor (Provisional) (subclass 162) visa
- Established Business in Australia (subclass 845) visa
- State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Residence) (subclass 892) visa: for people who have held the provisional subclass 163 visa and met the relevant eligibility criteria
- Business Owner (Residence) (subclass 890) visa
